Consisting of the Board's three officers, handles general administrative, personnel and real estate issues of the District.

Reviews United's ongoing financial status, including reserves and performance versus budget, and reviews possible financial impacts associated with District initiatives and issues and also oversees District risk management.

Planning Committee

Groundwater Committee

Oversees status of and issues associated with the groundwater basins of the District, including overdraft, seawater intrusion, existing or possible contamination, groundwater modeling and other studies, replenishment efforts, and governance of basin groundwater production.

Monitors and provides policy direction with respect to recreation facilities and activities at Lake Piru, including review of concessionaire performance, oversight of issues associated with public access and usage, and maintenance and development of roads, boating, camping, and other facilities
