Michel Kadah, P.E. – Associate Engineer
Since joining the United Water Conservation District in January 2019, Michel has managed multiple civil and water projects involving planning, design, and construction observations. He is currently managing the engineering design of the Santa Felicia Dam Spillway and Outlet Works Improvement Projects and supporting the District with its strategic plan. Michel is a California licensed Professional Civil Engineer and Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Developer/Practitioner (QSD/QSP) with over 18 years of experience in California. He has an extensive experience in the civil engineering design and project management. He managed and prepared the detailed engineering design for numerous industrial, commercial, residential, and public works projects. Michel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aleppo and International Education Research Foundation, Inc., Los Angeles, California.
